Selected Town Board Minutes Meeting Minutes 4/21/15 Apr 21, 2015 Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting April 21, 2015 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz and Kelsey Barthels. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:40 PM following the annual meeting. Supervisor Pollack moved to approve the March Minutes as presented. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was presented. Zoning: Discussed the Wilkins property located at 326 State Road 26. The Wilkins has asked the town to amend their Land Use Plan. Supervisor Pollack moved to not amend Land Use Plan. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Discussed CSM for Ronald Wachholz- Parcel 012-0250. Ronald Wachholz has asked the town to accept survey map change. Supervisor Pollack moved to accept survey map, 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Discussed Annexation of DGB Investments Parcel to City of Oshkosh. Discussed Zoning Map amendment of Glatz Joint Trust located at 3050 County Rd N. The Glatz Joint trust asked the town to accept zoning change from A1 to A2. Supervisor Pollack moved to accept zoning amendment, 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Discussed Zoning map amendment (multiple owners). Asking town to change all zoning of multiple highway parcels to A2, to do road construction. Supervisor Pollack moved to accept zoning map amendment, 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Discussed Text Amendment (Chapter 23) - Winnebago County Zoning. Supervisor Pollack moved to accept text amendment change, 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Supervisor Schweda moved to pay March bills. 2nd by Supervisor Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions- Discussed Fahrner bid for road repairs. Chairman Barthels is waiting for pricing from the County after completion of their annual road check. New Business: New Fire signs- Fire signs are completed, and the Nekimi Fire Department will be putting the new signs up, which will help new firemen learn town addresses. The town board extends their sincere thanks to the fire department for volunteering to take on this task. A resident has offered to remove shrubs and bushes at the Town hall.
