Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting December 15, 2014 Present: Glen Barthels, Tom Pollack, Larry Schweda, Jessica Potratz and Jerry Braasch. Excused: Julie Barthels The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:30 p.m. Schweda moved to approve the November minutes as presented. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was presented. Zoning: Discussed the Wilkins property located at 326 State Road 26. Trucks are stored on property and there is a tree service business that stores wood chips and logs on property. In order to have this property be in compliance, our land use plan would need to be amended. The board feels that we should keep this on the agenda for January and review it with our Town Attorney. Schweda moved to pay November bills. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions – Nothing to report. Lange Enterprises – The board reviewed the quote from Lange Enterprises regarding fire signs. Barthels moved to inquire about a double sided sign with green post or using old post if cost is less than $20.00. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. New Business: Allocate the County Industrial Development Funds – Barthels moved to allocate funds to Omro. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Pollack moved to adjourn the meeting. 2nd by Schweda.
