Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting November 17, 2014 Present: Glen Barthels, Tom Pollack, Larry Schweda, Jessica Potratz and Julie Barthels The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:30 p.m. Schweda moved to approve the October minutes as presented. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was presented. Zoning: No Zoning to report this month. Polack moved to pay October bills. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions – The large pothole on the corner of Fisk and Washburn continues to be a concern with town residents and the board. Amending Protocol for Applying for County Zoning Permits and Town Building Permits – This item was tabled until a later date. New Business: Joint Powers Agreement with Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department – Barthels moved to approve the Joint Powers Agreement between the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department and the Town of Nekimi. 2nd by Pollack Carried 3-0. Approve 2015 Budget – Pollack moved to approve and adopt the 2015 budget as presented. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Pollack moved to adjourn the meeting. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0.
