Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting July 21, 2014 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz and Julie Barthels. The town board meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:30 p.m. Schweda moved to approve the June minutes as presented. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was presented. Zoning: A Conditional Use Permit for T & B Barr Real Estate Dev. , LLP - Parcel #012-0279 was presented to the board for approval. It was decided that it conforms with the surrounding development. Barthels moved to approve the Conditional Use Permit as presented. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Amending Protocol for Applying County Zoning Permits and Town Building Permits - This agenda item will be tabled until August. Clerk will contact the Zoning Department to have them put something together showing what steps need to be followed and what kind of form or resolution will be needed to allow this to happen. Schweda moved to pay May bills. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions – Discussed the road conditions around the Township. Aviation Park – Nothing to report this month. Parcels in Omro School District East of Highway 41 – Nothing to report. New Business: No New Business to act on. A deputy from the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department reported that Lt. Rice will be sending reports regarding the two music festivals held on the Ford Festival Grounds. Pollack moved to adjourn the meeting. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0.
