Nekimi Town Board Minutes April 9, 2013 Present: Glen Barthels, Tom Pollack, Larry Schweda, Jessica Potratz & Julie Barthels Meeting was called to order by Barthels following the 2013 Annual Town Meeting. Schweda moved to approve the March minutes, 2nd Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s Report was given. Zoning: A Certified Survey Map was presented for the Calvin Phillipps property on Clairville Road. Parcel #012 -0316-01, 012-0316-01 and 012-0316-02. The three parcels will be combined in to one parcel. Schweda moved to approve the CSM as presented, 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Pollack moved to approve the March bills and to pay additional bills that need to be paid in April. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Road Conditions: A date for Road Check needs to be set. Chairman will check with the County Highway Department. Discussed the missing road sign on the corner of County Road I and Nekimi Avenue. The sign on the corner of County Road N and I is hanging. The culvert on County Road I by Ripple Avenue has been fixed. Bond Insurance – Discussed the bond insurance and the decision was to leave the Bond Insurance just as it is.
