Selected Town Board Minutes April 16, 2012 Town Board Meeting Apr 16, 2012 Nekimi Town Board Minutes April 16, 2012 Present: Glen Barthels, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz & Julie Barthels Excused: Larry Schweda Meeting was called to order by Barthels at 7:30 pm. Pollack moved to approve the March minutes, 2 nd Barthels. Carried 2-0. Treasurer’s Report was given. Pollack moved to approve the March bills, 2 nd by Barthels. Carried 2-0. Zoning : No zoning to report for April. Road Conditions: Discussed Poberezny Road project – to begin third week in May, came in $300,000.00 less than anticipated. Discussed cold mix patching; cleaning of some ditches in township; tree on Clairville Road about to fall down, and literature from Fahrner Asphalt. Liquor License Applications : Discussed what license need to be issued to who and when. Poll Workers: Barthels moved to approve additional poll workers. 2 nd by Pollack. Carried 2-0. Public Forum: Inquiry about the Pepsi Machine in the Town Hall. Chairman Barthels will contact Pepsi’s Service Department. Pollack moved to adjourn, 2 nd by Barthels. Carried 2-0.
