Town of Nekimi Monthly Board Meeting December 17, 2012 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz and Jerry Braasch. Excused: Julie Barthels The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:30 p.m. Schweda moved to approve November minutes. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Treasurer’s report was given. Zoning: Discussed the Zoning for Parcel 012-0277-02 and 012-0271 for WI DOT and Mary Lou Jones and Yvonne Schumacher. Pollack moved to approve the zoning change from A-1 to M-1 for Parcel #012-0277-02, but not for parcel 012-0271. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. Schweda moved to pay November bills and to include December bill for County Maintenance. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. County Zoning: Discussed the resolution 2012-12 that needed to be passed by the Board to stay with County Zoning. Motion by Barthels to pass Resolution 2012-12 to stay with Winnebago County Zoning. 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3-0. Industrial Development Fund: Motion by Pollack to have the City of Oshkosh receive the Town of Nekimi’s portion of these funds. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0. New Business: Barr Signage – Discussed new signage that Barr Inc. would like to install. Without voting, the board acknowledged approval of the project.
