Nekimi Town Board Minutes July 16, 2012 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz & Julie Barthels. Meeting was called to order by Barthels at 7:35 pm. Schweda moved to approve the June minutes, 2nd Pollack. Carried 3 -0. Treasurer’s Report was given. Zoning: No Zoning for the month of July. Schweda moved to pay June bills, 2nd by Pollack. Carried 3 -0. Road Conditions: Discussed road conditions: Old Knapp Road is still not in good condition. Need to contact and meet with Fahrner’s to see what can be done. Culverts on Clay and Fisk have been fixed. One is fixed on Nekimi, and one still needs to be fixed. Chairman Barthels will contact Bill Demler from the Highway Department about adding chips to Old Knapp Road to see what happens. New Business: A complaint was received by the Town Chairman from a resident in regard to a neighbor that the complainant feels neighbor is over-stepping his zoning regulations.
