Minutes Town of Oshkosh Town of Oshkosh Minutes – June 8, 2026 Board of Review Page 6013 Board of Review Hearing 1 June 8, 2026 – 6:30 p.m. – Town Hall 2 3 PRESENT: Chairman Jim Erdman, Supervisor Matt Merten, Supervisor Bill 4 Demler, and Clerk Jeannette Merten, and no audience was present. 5 6 Chair Jim Erdman convened the Board of Review to order at 6:35 p.m. 7 8 Motion made by M. Merten, Demler seconded, to select Jim Erdman as 9 the chairperson for the Board of Review. 10 Motion carried unanimously. 11 12 Motion made by M. Merten, Demler seconded, to select Jeannette Merten 13 as secretary of the Board of Review hearing. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 16 For the record, Jim Erdman and Bill Demler met the mandatory training 17 requirements specified in Sec. 70.46 (4), Wisconsin Statutes for the Board of 18 Review. 19 20 Due to a health incident of a Zacharias family member, the town board agreed to 21 postpone the Board of Review to hear objections. The notice for this initial Board 22 of Review was posted as such. 23 24 Since that posting, it has been learned that Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 3:00 25 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., is the specific date. Open Book is scheduled for June 11, 2026 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. by phone. 27 28 Motion made by Demler, M.
