Board of Review — Minutes

Village of Kohler 2026 Board of Review May 5, 2026 Clerk/Treasurer Cindi Gamb called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: Jeff Hansmann, David Mikolyzk, Mike Vogl, Trace Volpe and Matt Kautzer were present. Cindi Gamb was the staff member present. Business 1. Select a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson – Motion by David Mikolyzk, second by Jeff Hansmann to appoint Trace Volpe as Chairperson for the 2026 Board of Review. Motion carried. Motion by Trace Volpe, second by Mike Vogl to appoint Jeff Hansmann as Vice- Chairperson for the 2026 Board of Review. Motion carried. 2. Assessor indicates that the assessment roll is not complete – the assessor has indicated that the 2026 assessment roll is not complete. 3. Adjourn meeting to July 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. – Motion by Mike Vogl, second by David Mikolyzk to adjourn the meeting to July 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Motion carried. ________________________ Cindi Gamb, Clerk/Treasurer
