LIBRARY MONTHLY REPORT
June 2026
Subject Summary
Stats and
Budget
Statistics and Budget Summary documents for May 2026 are included for your review.
SRP Update Our Summer Reading Program kickoff was held on June 5 from 4-6pm. This was also
the kickoff for the Parks & Rec Summer Program. Just short of 500 people attended.
We had program signup information, bounce houses, an obstacle course, games, a
dunk tank, popcorn & freeze pops, glitter tattoos, balloon animals, and a couple of
dinosaurs roaming around.
Upcoming
Programs
Please see enclosed calendar for June 2026 programs.
250th
Programming
Flyers are out, trivia questions are ready for our first 250th event on June 16 at 6pm!
Also, keep an eye out for more information on our scavenger hunt around Waupun,
which will take place the whole month of July!
Lions
Donation
We received $1,000 from the Waupun Lions. They would like it to go toward the
purchase of large print books. We will create name plate labels and place them in the
books to recognize their generous contribution.
Staff
Evaluations
Pam needs to meet with one staff member.
Website Most corrections to the library’s portion of the website have been completed.
Training videos formerly housed on the site need to be added to the new site.
Calendar entries did not transfer over, so those will also need to be added to the new
site. Our old site had a Newsletter option, which we used to email program
information to a list of interested individuals. The new site does not appear to have
one, so other options are being investigated.
