CALL TO ORDER Vice President Hill called the meeting to order at 4:30pm. ROLL CALL Board Members present on roll call are Vice President Steve Hill, Secretary Casey Homan, Ryan Mielke, Bev Martens, Linda Nickel, Marie Svec, and Randy VandeZande. Members absent and excused are President Mike Beer. Audience in attendance is City Clerk/Treasurer Angela Hull CLOSED SESSION Motion Mielke, second VandeZande to adjourn in closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (c) of the WI Statutes to Conduct Interviews for Library Director. Motion carried 7-0. OPEN SESSION Motion Svec, second Nickel to reconvene in open session under Section 19.85(2) of the WI Statutes. Motion carried 7-0. ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION No action is taken. ADJOURNMENT The Board duly call the meeting adjourned at 5:55pm. Motion carried 7-0.
