Main Street Waupun WI 53963 Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 4:15 PM CALL TO ORDER Vice President Hill called the meeting to order at 4:19pm. ROLL CALL Board Members present on roll call are Vice President Steve Hill, Secretary Casey Homan, Ryan Mielke, Bev Martens, Linda Nickel, Marie Svec, and Randy VandeZande. Members absent and excused are President Mike Beer. Audience in attendance is City Clerk/Treasurer Angela Hull, Ripon Library Director Nancy Bell, Brownsville Library Director Kristen Mielke, Beaver Dam Library Administrator Sarah Cournoyer . CLOSED SESSION Motion Homan, second Mielke to adjourn in closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (c) of the WI Statutes to Conduct Interviews for Library Director. Motion carried 7-0. OPEN SESSION Motion Mielke, second Nickel to reconvene in open session under Section 19.85(2) of the WI Statutes. Motion carried 7-0. ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION No action is taken. ADJOURNMENT Motion Homan, second Mielke to call the meeting adjourned. Motion carried 7-0.
