MINUTES CITY OF WAUPUN PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Waupun City Hall – 201 E. Main Street, Waupun WI Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Mayor Bishop called meeting to order at 4:30pm. ROLL CALL Members In-Person: Chairperson Rohn Bishop, Jerry Medema, Elton TerBeest, Jeff Daane. Members Virtual: Jason Whitford City Staff In-Person: Administrator Kathy Schlieve, City Attorney Dan VandeZande Absent and Excused: Michael Matoushek, Gary Dejager Public: Bucky & Jackie Wendlandt, Andy Glewen RECOGNITION OF MAYORAL APPOINTMENT BOARD MEMBERS Mayoral appointment of board members were recognized. NOMINATIONS AND APPOINTMENT OF BOARD Bishop made motion to nominate TerBeest as Vice Chairman, second Medema. Carried unanimously. ESTABLISH DAY OF MONTH AND TIME OF BOARD MEETING Will remain the last Wednesday of the month as approved at April’s meeting. NO PERSONS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE PLAN COMMISSION FUTURE MEETINGS AND GATHERING INVOLVING THE PLAN COMMISSION Next meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 4:30PM. CONSIDERATION - ACTION 2. Prior Minute Motion Whitford, second TerBeest to approve minutes from April 29, 2026 Plan Commission Meeting. Carried unanimously. 3. The Rock Golf Course Building Plans Motion Medema, second TerBeest to approve The Rock Golf Course plans as presented, second TerBeest. Carried unanimously. 1. Site Plan Review All Phase Store Unit Addition Mottion Whitford, second TerBeest to approve site plan review as presented. Carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT Motion TerBeest, second Medema to adjourn this meeting at 4:35pm. Carried unanimously.
