Sanitary District #6 — Minutes

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY W5990 W PIONEER ROAD, FOND DU LAC JUNE 8, 2006 SANITARY DISTRICT #6 MEETING 5:55PM The Sanitary District #6 Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jeff Montsma. Present were Chairman Montsma, Commissioners Matt Newton, Jessica Allender, Jennifer Janeczko and David Washkoviak, Treasurer Brenda Post, Engineer Eric Otte from JE Arthur, and various Town residents. Clerk Klapperich attended via Zoom Meeting. Confirmation was made of open meeting notice. 2. Motion by Commissioner Washkoviak to approve meeting minutes from March 9th meeting. Seconded by Chairman Montsma. Motion carried 5-0. 3. Discuss routine maintenance. Eric Otte will spoke regarding needs and expansion in agenda item 4 of Sanitary District 3 meeting earlier. Everybody in Sanitary District 6 is directly connected to sewer maintained by the City of Fond du Lac. SD6 really has no maintenance. 4. Overview and Discussion with Otte regarding SD needs and future expansion. Discussion on Hickory Street/Road property. SD6 is closest sanitary district. Eric Otte will follow-up for report at September quarterly meeting regarding boundaries and territory. 5. Update on televising bids was not discussed. 6. Discussion on Water Locate Requests. We currently do not have an assigned organization for water locate requests. Excel Underground, SMC or USIC have been used in the past. Recommendation was made by Eric Otte that Digger’s Hotline has Excel Underground information for future requests. 7. Authorize the removal and addition of authorized signors to all SD6 bank accounts as follows: Removal of former board members Supervisor Eric Kaufman & Supervisor Aaron Kulhs as authorized signors and the addition of Supervisor Matthew Newton, Supervisor David Washkoviak & Chairman Jeff Montsma as authorized signors on the following Town of Fond du Lac Account with National Exchange Bank & Trust: Town Sanitary District #6 of the Town of Fond du Lac Account ending in 2709 Motion by Commission Washkoviak to remove and authorize signors as printed in agenda. Seconded by Commissioner Janeczko. Motion carried 5-0. 8. Next meeting date set for September 14th immediately following SD3 meeting at 5:15pm 9. Financial Report and Payment of Bills. Motion made by Commissioner Janeczko to approve the financial report and payment of bills. Seconded by Chairman Montsma. Motion carried 5-0. Motion made by Commissioner Washkoviak to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Janeczko. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting was adjourned at 6:00pm Commissioner Matt Newton
