There is no pump station in the North part of SD3. Cleaning and Televising is the maintenance most needed regularly to find any ionide infiltration as well as inspections of manhole rings & seals as they deteriorate. Eric is responsible for the draw ups of sections for televising and has it drawn up. Just waiting on wetter weather . Manhole repair is done by DPW Supervisor Haney at this time. All televising can be done on a 6-7 year rotation. All manholes are numbered in our district with JE Arthur . SD3 is running out of sewer capacity. Any additional subdivisions should not be approved until additional capacity needed is purchased from the City of FDL. OSG has a master agreement and has all capacity calculations and knows where developments potentially will occur. When SD3 gets serious about needing more capacity, SD can map out and look at developments and capacity needed to calculate how much capacity to purchase. Eric also recommended we study the existing pump stations and their capacities, and compare to current existing development and future development as pump alarms at lift stations are happening more frequently, which indicates they are not operating properly. Additional meets will be necessary to come up with a plan. 5. Update on televising bids was not discussed at this time. 6. Discussion on Water Locate Requests.
