Town Board - Public Hearings — Minutes

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 10, 2025 6:00 PM The Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Jeff Montsma.Present were Chairman Montsma, Supervisors Aaron Kuhls, Jessica Allender, Jennifer Janeczko, Clerk Patti Supple, Treasurer Brenda Post, Deputy Clerk Theresa Klapperich, various Town residents and interested parties. Supervisor David Washkoviak was excused. Sign Permit for pilon signage for Fred-Land Storage, N5016 County Road V was discussed. David Supple from Fred-Land Storage was present and verified the sign will not be lit, the sign will neither be placed on the berm, nor in the right-of-way nor inside of the vision triangle. One tree may need to be relocated, not removed. There were no Public comments regarding the Sign Permit. Special Exception for coffee bar/café at Grace and Truth Fellowship, N5775 County Road D was discussed. Chad Zimmerman from Grace and Truth Fellowship was present and presented preliminary plans for the coffee bar/café. No structural changes will be made. Permitting will be applied for after Board approval. Only Public comment was inquiry of hours of operation. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance regarding requirements for equipment swaps on cell towers as discussed per recommendation by Doug Hoerth. There were no Public comments regarding the Amendment. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance establishing a 10 foot rear yard setback for accessory buildings in the RM District was discussed. There were no Public comments regarding the Amendment. The Public Hearing was adjourned.
