Discussion regarding status of farmland preservafion recerfificafion. 5. Acfion on Sparkops CSM for property located in aeronaufical industrial park. 6. Acfion on Sparkops site plan for property located in aeronaufical industrial park. 7. Amend ordinance to allow for non-residents to be on the Planning Commission, Board of Appeals and Town Board. 8. Discussion and possible acfion to appoint members to sex offender residency board. 9. Acfion to approve intergovernmental agreement with Fond du Lac County regarding construcfion site erosion control and post construcfion stormwater management resolufion for TMDL implementafion plan. 2 10. Discussion regarding possible increases to park fees for new construcfion. 11. Acfion to approve fire suppression requirements for the Nut House. 12. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 11. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meefings. 12. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. 13. Financial Report and payment of bills. 14. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
