AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order . Roll Call. Confirmation of open meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meetings. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding building inspector/permit vendors: a. Wind-up of work with Safebuilt. b. Finalize contract with First Look. 5. Discussion and possible action on vacation of Farrell Drive. 6. Action to approve raise for DPW Supervisor Harold Haney. 7. Discussion and possible action on preliminary plat submitted by Fondy Investments, LLC for Prairie View Estates 2. 8. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meeting, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addition, although the Board can receive comments on matters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take action on these matters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 12. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meetings. 13. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission matters. 14. Financial Report and payment of bills. 15. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
