Confirmafion of open meefing nofice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meefings. 4. Discussion and possible acfion regarding Town road weight limits. 5. Discussion on sale of abandoned waterway on Grove Street to Mark Lange. 6. Inifial resolufion for vacafion of Farrell Drive. 7. Acfion to approve raise for DPW Supervisor Harold Haney. 8. Public Works a. Update on stormwater. b. Update on DPW. c. DPW Supervisor’s report. 9. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
