AGENDA 1. Meefing called to order. Roll Call. Confirmafion of open meefing nofice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meefings. 4. Discuss the addifion of a stop sign at the intersecfion of Brown Road and Esterbrook Road, making it a four-way stop. 5. Discussion and possible acfion on amendment to Zoning Ordinance allowing storage units in General Agricultural zoning. 6. Acfion on operator’s license for The Nuthouse and JP’s 4 Mile House. 7. Discussion and possible acfion regarding Town road weight limits. 8. Discussion on Wild West Lane lot drainage for detenfion pond. 9. Discussion of sales of motorized golf carts and e-bikes on Rolling Meadows Drive property. 10. Acfion to appoint poll workers. 11. Discussion and approval of Town road project plan for 2025. 2 12. Reimbursement policy for mailboxes damaged by snow plows. 13. Public Works a. Update on stormwater. b. Update on DPW. c. DPW Supervisor’s report. d. Discussion and acfion to approve submiftal of MS4 Annual Report. 14. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 15. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meefings. 16. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. 17. Financial Report and payment of bills. 18. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
