TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY SPECIAL TOWN MEETING FEBRUARY 20, 2025 6:00 PM TOWN HALL, W5990 PIONEER ROAD, FOND DU LAC 1. Call to order. Roll Call. Confirmation of open meeting notice. 2. The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. 3. Adjournment after the closed session.
