Confirmafion of open meefing nofice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meefings. 4. Discussion and possible acfion to amend Citafion Ordinance to include addifional fire code enforcement. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve AECOM change orders for 2025 stormwater work. 6. Discussion of Farmland Preservafion amendments to Zoning Ordinance. 7. Discussion and possible acfion to cancel Zoom account. 8. Acfion to approve renewal of the Horton Insurance. 9. Discussion regarding the sale of the abandoned waterway to Mark Lange on Grove Street. 10. Acfion to approve proposal for electrical work in the DPW building. 11. Acfion to approve the purchase of a salter for the plow truck. 12. Discussion and acfion to approve donafion to Envision Greater Fond du Lac. 13. Acfion regarding compensafion increase for Town Treasurer. 14. Considerafion of an Inifial Resolufion Regarding Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bond Financing for 1125 East Johnson, LLC and N6663 Rolling Meadows, LLC Project and Approving City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to Act as Conduit Bond Issuer for Mulfi-Jurisdicfional Project. Informafion with respect to the job impact of the project will be available at the fime of considerafion of the Inifial Resolufion. 2 15. Public Works a. Update on stormwater. b. Update on DPW. c. DPW Supervisor’s report. 16. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 17. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meefings. 18. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. 19. Financial Report and payment of bills. 20. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
