AGENDA 1. Meefing called to order. Roll Call. Confirmafion of open meefing nofice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meefings. 4. Acfion on special excepfion and deed restricfion regarding the operafion of business service and contractor facility uses at the property located at N5016 County Road V. 5. Discussion and possible acfion to amend the ATV Ordinance for hours of operafion. 6. Discussion of farmland Preservafion amendments to Zoning Ordinance. 7. Discussion and possible acfion to cancel Zoom account. 8. Acfion to appoint John Zorn to Planning Commission as alternate. 9. Operator’s license for JP’s 4 Mile House. 10. Public Works a. Update on stormwater. b. Update on DPW. c. DPW Supervisor’s report. 11. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 12. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meefings. 13. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. 14. Financial Report and payment of bills. 15. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
