Meeting called to order. Roll Call. Confirmation of open meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meetings. 4. Presentation from Oakfield School District regarding school referendum. 5. Annual report by Lisa McArthur – Envision Greater FDL. 6. Discussion and possible action on short-term rental application for N7248 Winnebago Drive. 7. Discussion and action on pay increases for DPW and appointed officials. 8. Action to hire a full-time DPW supervisor/worker. 9. Discussion regarding special exceptions for contractor facilities at Fred-Land storage units on County Hwy. V. 10. Discussion and action on bulky waste services for 2025. 11. Action on operator’s license for JP’s 4 Mile House. 12. Public Works a. Update on stormwater. b. Update on DPW. c. Discussion and possible action on estimates for reconstruction of ditches. 13. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meeting, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addition, although the Board can receive comments on matters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take action on these matters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 14. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meetings. 15. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission matters. 16. Financial Report and payment of bills. 17. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the Board intends to discuss pending litigation. (Roll call vote required.) 18. Adjournment. ACTION MAY BE TAKEN ON ANY OF THE ABOVE AGENDA ITEMS
