JOHNSBURG SANITARY DISTRICT MONTHLY COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 4, 2026 5:00 P.M. ST JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH OFFICE, JOHNSBURG Members present : President Franz Schmitz and Commissioner Jason Meyer . Also present: Recording Secretary Brenda Schneider and Joyce Schneider. Excused: Commissioner Ken Schneider. 1. Call to order. President Schmitz called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Approval of the minutes of the 5/7/2026 meeting. Motion by Franz Schmitz, second by Jason Meyer, to approve the minutes of the meeting held on May 7, 2026. Motion carried (2-0). 3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues: a. Meter station. Nothing to report at this time. b. Lift Stations. The May pump runtime reports were reviewed. c. Grinder pump stations. Nothing to report at this time. d. Other operational issues. The District’s flow reduced by more than 100,000 gallons per month since July 1, 2025, as a result of a minor repair of one faulty toilet . The Commission consensus was to provide minor repairs to toilets and faucets at no charge to the owner . A newsletter will be included in the upcoming quarterly bill. 4. Review and approval of the 2025 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report, as required by the DNR . Motion by Jason Meyer, second by Franz Schmitz, to approve the 2025 CMAR and to submit it to the DNR. Motion carried (2-0). 5. Approval of District bills. Motion by Jason Meyer, second by Franz Schmitz, to approve the bills (order #39-34), for a total of $529.19. Motion carried (2-0). 6. Schedule the next meeting. The next monthly meeting of the Commission is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 9th, at 5:00 pm, at St. John the Baptist Parish Office. 7. Adjournment.
