TAYCHEEDAH TOWN HALL W4295 KIEKHAEFER PARKWAY FOND DU LAC, WI 54937-6802 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by M. Nett at 5:00 P.M. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present: Commissioners: M. Nett, J. Huck Administrative Clerk: Priscilla Yohann Inspection: J. Rickert Maintenance: M. Haensgen Absent: Commissioner: D. Weber Approval of Agenda Motion: by M. Nett, second by J. Huck, to approve the Agenda. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Approval of November 24, 2025, Regular Business Meeting Minutes Motion: by J. Huck, second by M. Nett, to approve the November 24, 2025 Regular Business Meeting Minutes. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. REGULAR BUSINESS Financial Report Financial statements were distributed, and discussion was held. The Commissioners would like to have CLA give a synopsis of the financial stature of the District. Motion: by J. Huck, second by M. Nett, to approve the Financial Statements. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Approval of Bills/Sign checks Motion: by M. Nett, second by J. Huck, to approve the bills as submitted. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Inspection Report • A copy of the detailed log of inspection activities during the month of December 2025 is on file. • J. Rickert reported Mand Excavating will call for a locate before excavating at N7483 Winnebago Drive. The question was raised about who will pay expenses, and it was decided the District will be responsible. Maintenance Report • A copy of the detailed log of maintenance activities during the month of December 2025 is on file. • M. Haensgen reported the Gladstone lift station had a new circuit breaker installed. Administrative Clerk’s Report • A copy of the detailed log of administrative clerk activities during the month of December 2025 is on file. • P. Yohann stated discussing sending a newsletter with the next billing and the DNR response to the 2023 and 2024 CMARs. 2 Regular Business Meeting Minutes December 15, 2025 Page 2 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible action on the acceptance on the CD at Verve Credit Union. M. Nett reported the current CD was rolled over at the rate of 2.75 percent due to it maturing on November 15. However, if it rolled over to the new rate of 4.01 percent the District would lose approximately $1290 for one month of interest but would gain going forward $1882 at the rate of 4.01 percent. Motion: by M. Nett, second by J. Huck, to roll over the current Verve CD No. 41 to the 13-month term at the present interest rate. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible action on CLA 2026 Talent Solution – ADP Payroll Statement of Work. Discussion was held. Motion: by J. Huck, second by M. Nett, to accept the CLA 2026 Talent Solution – ADP Payroll Statement of Work. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. 2. Discussion and possible action on a meeting with District Engineer, E. Otte, and the City of Fond du Lac personnel. M. Nett reported a discussion with E. Otte to set a time to discuss with the City of Fond du Lac personnel the city’s flow meter readings. He suggested M. Haensgen attend. The time and date is yet to be determined. PUBLIC COMMENT None to be reported. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 5:23 PM. Motion: by J. Huck, second by M. Nett, to adjourn.
