TAYCHEEDAH TOWN HALL W4295 KIEKHAEFER PARKWAY FOND DU LAC, WI 54937-6802 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by D. Weber at 5:00 P.M. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present: Commissioners: J. Huck, D. Weber Administrative Clerk: Priscilla Yohann Inspection: J. Rickert Absent: Commissioner: M. Nett Maintenance: M. Haensgen Approval of Agenda Motion: by D. Weber, second by J. Huck to approve the Agenda. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Approval of September 23, 2024, Regular Business Meeting Minutes Motion: by J. Huck, second by D. Weber, to approve the September, 2024, Regular Business Meeting Minutes. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. REGULAR BUSINESS Financial Report Financial statements were distributed. Motion: by J. Huck, second by D. Weber, to approve the Financial Statements. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Approval of Bills/Sign checks Motion: by D. Weber, second by J. Huck, to approve the bills as submitted. Vote: Ayes: 2, Opposed: 0 – Motion carried. Inspection Report • A copy of the detailed log of inspection activities during the month of October, 2024, is on file. • J. Rickert reported two 2-inch at $72.09 each and one 1-inch at $41.15 each riser rings were used by Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 3. The District will be remitting payment for the rings, and J. Rickert will replace the rings. Maintenance Report • A copy of the detailed log of maintenance activities during the month of October, 2024, is on file. • The painters are working on the lift stations. • Due to M. Haensgen’s absence there was nothing else to report. Administrative Clerk’s Report • A copy of the detailed log of administrative clerk activities during the month of October, 2024, is on file. • P. Yohann reported on receiving the notice of Mercury Racing Dyno System Cleaning and the notice of proposed Hwy 151 improvements. The message for highway improvements was forwarded to E. Otte. Other items reported: a letter to OMG Capital, LLC with payment for one meter and installation was prepared; 73 2 Regular Business Meeting Minutes October 28, 2024 Page 2 Administrative Clerk’s Report (Continued) letters were sent to delinquent accounts; and notice of being out of the office February 27 through March 16, 2025 was given.
