MoƟon Chris, second ScoƩ to approve the minutes of the February 3, 2026, Planning/Zoning/Economic Development meeƟng. MoƟon carried and the minutes were approved. MoƟon ScoƩ second Chris to forward a recommendaƟon to the council to approve the ResoluƟon 2026-05 Establishing A Temporary Limit on Short Term Rentals and Bed and Breakfasts. MoƟon carried. Items discussed: Engine Breaking ordinance. ScoƩ will explain at May council meeƟng. Develop a Ňyer to help with building permits. Chris has completed. Need to print. 4-Hour parking areas. Asked Urban Development group to look at. I would like to get an outside nonbiased perspecƟve. Trailer parking on City Streets. Developing a fact sheet as we did with the city administrator / Treasure posiƟon. Explain intent and why it is needed. New check list / building permit request form. At legal for review and Įnial draŌ. Removing barriers in zoning ordinance #8 that restrict Economic Development. Improving commiƩee communicaƟon between council members and the public. Future meeƟng items: Full complete review of Zoning Ordinance #8 Zoning map review. Sidewalk enforcement. What is expected?
