A posable ordinance on limiƟng the number of rentals / B&B allowed in town. MeeƟng Ɵmes. More advanced noƟce of meeƟngs. MoƟon Chris, second ScoƩ to approve the minutes of the November 20,2025 PZED meeƟng. MoƟon carried and the minutes were approved. MoƟon Chris second ScoƩ to forward a recommendaƟon to the council to publish a Preliminary ResoluƟon to Vacate a PorƟon of Spring Street and Truman Street. MoƟon carried. Future meeƟng items: Engine Breaking ordinance. Develop a Ňyer to help with building permits. 4-Hour parking areas. Trailer parking on City Streets. Check list for requesƟng a zoning change.
