1 September 17, 2026 City of Alma Municipal Building Committee 11:00 a.m. 1225 S Main St Committee member David Earney called the meeting to order with the following members present: Richard Champeny, Clerk-Treasurer Sharaya Reed, Deputy Clerk Michaela Handke, and Alternate Loren Mueller. Chairperson Larry Grisen was Absent. Also present: Bill Boettcher & Breanna from the architect firm of Lien and Peterson. Agenda Item 2: Walk thru of final construction/go thru punch list The committee walked through the entirety of the City Hall side of building reviewing items they noticed that still need addressing before the construction is complete. Agenda Item 3: Council Chamber desks & lectern Motion by Mueller seconded by Champeny to accept the quote from Atmosphere Commercial Interiors for $7,352.63 for Council Chamber desk and lectern. All members voting yes. Motion by Earney seconded by Mueller to adjourn. All members voting yes.
