Finance Minutes 02/09/2026

February 9, 2026 FINANCE/TAX & LICENSE/ZONING COMMITTEE 3:00 p.m. Chairperson Gary Jepsen called the meeting to order with the following members present: Larry Grisen and Perry Iberg. Also present: Mayor Richard Champeny and Clerk-Treasurer Sharaya Reed. Agenda Item 1: Building permit applications. None. Agenda Item 2: Building permit violations. None. Agenda Item 3: Danzinger Winery Project Proposal discussion. Jepsen briefly discussed the idea of 38 regular and 2 ADA units for wedding attendees to stay in. Agenda Item 5: Library Matters. Four bids were received for the new library furniture, fixtures, and equipment. To be discussed at Council. Motion by Grisen seconded by Iberg to approve Market & Johnson invoice – pay request #5 for $175,607.99. All members voting yes. Agenda Item 6: Marco Invoice Amendment. Motion by Iberg seconded by Grisen to approve the amended invoice to $1,328.00 to be paid to Marco for equipment. All members voting yes. Agenda Item 4: Operator Licenses. None. Agenda Item 7: V ouches/bills. January 2026 receipts and checks were looked over. Motion by Grisen seconded by Iberg to adjourn. All members voting yes.
