* * N O T I C E * * The FINANCE/TAX AND LICENSE COMMITTEE of the City of Alma Common Council will meet on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the City Hall, 314 N. Main Street to act and discuss upon the following: 1) Discuss and authorize the Emergency expenditure of funds to purchase a Dump Truck for snow removal to replace one that is no longer DOT compliant; 2) WJ Bauman Associates agreements: a. Sewer Utility Auditing services; b. Accounting and consulting services. 3) Library matters: a. Change Orders 1 & 2; b. Pay Request #3 c. Any other library concerns. 4) Any other items properly brought before the committee; Gary Jepsen COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a majority of the Common Council may be present in order to gather information on a subject which may require a vote at a later date.
