Buffalo County Minutes Committee/Board: Buffalo County Board of Canvass Date of Meeting: Thursday, April 9, 2026 Lisa Schmitt, County Clerk, called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M. Swearing in of Canvass Members/Oath of Office: Ms. Schmitt, County Clerk, swore in the Board of Canvass members present at the meeting, as follows: Ms. Melanie Pronschinske and Ms. Anita Janda. Review/Discussion/Action regarding April 7, 2026, Election Results: Reviewed GAB-104 Inspector’s Statement, Tally Sheets, and Poll Books for all municipalities. No vote totals for candidates were changed and no votes were rejected because of the Board of Canvass findings. The Board of Canvass only reviewed the Justice of the Supreme Court and Buffalo County contests. All other offices are the responsibility of the municipalities or schools to canvass.
