Next Town Board meeting will be on 11/12/25 at 6 pm. 2. Community Participation: Carol Dumjmovic spoke on the qualifications for zoning approval in the Town of Spider Lake. 8. Motion to approve Ordinance #2025-1, restricting certain artificial wake enhancement approved by Bill Amery, seconded by Dave Thearin. Roll Call Vote: Dave Thearin, Yes. Sarah Delaney, Yes. Quentin Johnson, Yes. Mark Johns, Yes. Bill Amery, Yes. All ayes. Motion carried. 1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Johnson at 6 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Delaney, Johns, Thearin and Amery with Clerk Cleary, and Treasurer Pagenkopf. 3. Motion to approve agenda for Oct 29th, 2025 was made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Mark Johns. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Motion to approve vouchers in the amount of $12,946.95 made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Dave Thearin. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Roads - Motion to approve the purchase of a tractor blower for $7,600 made by Mark Johns, seconded by Bill Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. a. Motion to sign the Revised Automatic Aid Agreement in Agenda packet made by Sarah Delaney, Seconded by Bill Amery. b. Motion to sign the Revised UDC Inspection Agreement in Agenda packet made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Mark Johns. All ayes. Motion carried.
