Use of updated QB data to determine YTD performance relaƟve to budget. a. Variances from budget become the basis for developing an amendment that would be voted on at the October 8th TBM b. Project year-end financial results for the official budget using YTD financial data 4. ConƟnue budget workplan analysis, including line item budget recommendaƟons for revenues and expenses 5.
