Health, Safety & Environment presented by Quentin Johnson: i) Discussion of reporting form for violations - Motion tabled until later meeting. iii) Public Hearing on 10/2 at 5pm at Town Hall for Wake Enhancement Ordinance. d. Motion to approve minutes from August 13th Town Board Meeting with the correction to P&RC made by Mark Johns, seconded by Bill Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to approve the Larson Certified Survey Map combining existing tax parcels 29934 & 45060 into one totalling 16.9 acres made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Mark Johns. All ayes. Motion carried. Request from Joe Francois to ensure plowing to future owner - Town cannot do as it is a snowmobile trail. Will send a letter conveying information to Mr. Francois. ii) Motion to develop a slow/no wake ordinance between Teal/LLL made by Mark Johns, seconded by Dave Thearin. All ayes. Motion carried. iv) Motion to proceed with removal of radio equipment from Tower made by Quentin Johnson, seconded by Bill Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. Budgeting workshops will begin on 9/15/25 at 6 pm at the Town Hall, information on the website. Plan is to present budget on 11.20.25. Facilities - Replacement of flag pole for Town Hall being considered. Signs for buildings previously discussed. Annual fall brush drive will take place in October. Supervisors 1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Johnson at 6 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Delaney (zoom), Johns, Thearin and Amery with Clerk Cleary (zoom), Treasurer Pagenkopf (zoom) and Deputy Treasurer Brandt. 3. Motion to approve agenda for Sept 10th, 2025 with the addition of a discussion of the Town Hall tables made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Bill Amery. All ayes. Motion carried. a. Motion to approve vouchers in the amount of $109,612.18 and any late coming regular bills made by Bill Amery, seconded by Sarah Delaney. All ayes. Motion carried. Discussion of the Town signage with Darrell Vitenda. Agreed to proceed with design and cap spending at up to $1,800 which is mathematically less than $2,000. All ayes. Motion carried. Town received a Forest Service Letter on West Zone Regulation Project to clear cut areas to promote reforestation. 10. Johns and Amery will look into purchasing five new tables for the Town Hall at $1,000 or less.
