MEETING MINUTES Town of Spider Lake Finance and Insurance CommiƩee MeeƟng Town Hall, 10896W Town Hall Road Tuesday, August 26, 2025 6:00 – 8:00pm 1. F&I CommiƩee MeeƟng called to order at 6:00pm 2. Present Bill Amery, Chair, Mark Johns, Vice Chair, QuenƟn Johnson and Molly Pagenkopf, Treasurer 3. MoƟon to approve agenda by Johnson seconded Johns 4. MoƟon to approve the minutes of the 7-7-25 F&I MeeƟng by Johns, seconded by Johnson. 5. Pagenkopf gave the commiƩee an update on the Town's QuickBooks accounƟng system. 6. Fall Budget Workshop dates were established, and Chairman Amery discussed the budgeƟng process. 7. MoƟon to adjourn at 7:03pm by Johnson seconded by Pagenkopf. Mark Johns Vice Chair
