Participation is limited solely to only matters listed on the agenda and for a total of 15 minutes, which may be extended to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Chair. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker.” 10. APPOINTMENTS A. County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Alexandra Baierl to the Health and Human Services (HHS) Board; term expires December 31, 2027. B. County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Mitesh Ajmera to the Outagamie Waupaca Library Systems (OWLS) Board of Trustees; term expires December 31, 2027. C. County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Beth Robinson as the Criminal Justice Treatment Services (CJTS) Director. D. County Executive Nelson nomination for appointment of Jessica Day (alternate) to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC); term expires April 30, 2026. 11.
