R E S O L U T I O N N O.: 59—2023-24 TO THE HONORABLE, THE OUTAGAMIE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: MAJORITY A notice of Injury and Claim for Damages was filed on September 28, 2023 by 1 Edwin Shelling in the Outagamie County Clerk’s Office. Upon review of this 2 matter by Wisconsin Municipal Mutual Insurance Company and the Finance 3 Committee, a recommendation was made that the claim be disallowed. 4 5 NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned members of the Finance Committee recommend 6 adoption of the following resolution. 7 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors does disallow the 8 claim submitted by Edwin Schelling that has been placed on file in the office of the Outagamie 9 County Clerk and that no action of this claim may be brought against Outagamie County or any of 10 its officers, officials, agents, or employees after six months from the date of service of this notice, 11 and 12 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Outagamie County Clerk be directed to forward a 13 copy of this resolution to Edwin Shelling, 312 S.
