At the August 8, 2023, County Board meeting, the nomination for the appointment of Alison Bong as Finance Director was held in Legislative/Audit and Human Resources Committee. B. Substitute Ordinance No. Z-2—2023-24 – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to adopt the petition of Cynthia Bungert, property owner, to rezone parcel 080097200, from the Residential Single-Family District to Residential Two-Family District in the Town of Ellington, as detailed on the ordinance and attachments. The original Ordinance No. Z-2—2023-24 was previously distributed to the County Board members at the August 8, 2023, County Board meeting and a motion was made to refer back to Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee.
