R E S O L U T I O N N O.: 110—2023-24 TO THE HONORABLE, THE OUTAGAMIE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: 2/3 MAJORITY – 24 VOTES The Outagamie County Parks Department included a line item for a mower replacement in the 1 2024 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget. However, after review, it appears that the 2 mower was inadvertently left out of the 2024 adopted budget. The mower replacement is vital 3 to operations at the parks, and therefore, the department is proposing to transfer funds from the 4 Capital Outlay Ash Tree Removal Services project to cover the mower replacement cost. 5 6 NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned members of the Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic 7 Development Committee recommend adoption of the following resolution. 8 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors does authorize and approve 9 transferring $50,000 from the County Parks System Capital Outlay – Ash Tree Removal line item to the 10 County Parks System Capital Outlay – Mower Replacement line item as noted on the attached fiscal note, 11 which by reference is made a part hereof, and 12 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Outagamie County Clerk be directed to forward a copy of 13 this resolution to the Outagamie County Finance Director and the Outagamie County Parks Director. 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 Resolution No. 110—2023-24 Page 2 1 Dated this day of March 2024 2 Respectfully submitted, 3 4 PROPERTY, AIRPORT, RECREATION & 5 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 6 7 8 9 10 Dean Culbertson Lee W.
