a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement for Leonard Leota Park by Poock,
seconded by Sigl. Motion passed 5-0.
Neeley gave some background on discussion that occurred at Common Council about
blanket agreements.
8. Park’s Report: Kriebs shared that there isn’t much going on in the parks at this time. There is
no mowing, plowing, or leaf pick up occurring. There was discussion about the possibility of
signage for the lake that people are assuming their own risk, as well as the sport court at
Larson Acres Park.
9. Aquatic Center:
A. Utilities Report: There was discussion about the lowness of the bill, causing to wonder if
the numbers reflect the irrigation instead of the pool. Kriebs had forgotten about a second
water meter. It could also be due to the pool being filled with water prior to June 1st, as it
has a 400,000 gallons of water.
B. Pool Pass Sales: 500 Resident/155 Non-Resident Family Passes, 121 Individual Resident
Passes to 45 Individual Non-Resident Passes.
