City of Evansville Park and Recreation Board Regular Meeting City Hall, 31 S Madison St., Evansville, WI 53536 Tuesday, December 16, 2025 6:00 pm MINUTES 1. Call to Order: Poock called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call: 3. Motion to Approve Agenda by Merritt, seconded by Fuson. Motion passed 7-0. 4. Motion to Waive the Reading of the Minutes from November 18, 2025 meeting and Approve them as Printed by Sigl, seconded by Merritt. Motion passed 7-0. 5. Civility Reminder: Poock issued a reminder to be respectful of others. 6. Citizen Appearances: None 7. New Business: None 8. Park’s Report: Anderson hasn’t closed the park completely for the winter. There has been some ice fisherman out on the ice. A. Adopt-A-Park Updates: Anderson reported that one sign had been missed in putting the signs away for the winter, but it will be grabbed tomorrow. B. Aquatic Center Updates: The roof was replaced right before Thanksgiving. C. Discussion on Winter Park Closure of Leonard Leota Park: Evans will be continuing to monitor the ice depth to open the ice skating. 9. Old Business A. Park and Outdoor Recreation Plan Update: Survey has closed and will be waiting for the results. 10. Upcoming Meetings A. Tuesday, January 20,2026 at 6:00 p.m. B. 2026: January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21 (conflict with Common Council Re- organization), May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 15 11.
