Roll Call (J. Thomson, N. Conaway, D. Harnack, S. Haberman, J. Pounder- J&D Pounder Inc. Clerk- C. Lambert) 3. Confirmation of appropriate Board Of Review and Open Meeting Notices 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5. Verification of person(s) who completed BOR Training 6. Confirm Village Ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information 7. Receive Annual Assessment Roll from assessor a. Examine the roll b. Correct description or calculation errors c. Add omitted property d. Eliminate double assessed property 8. Discussion/Action – Certify all corrections of error under state law (Wis. Stat. § 70.43) 9. Discussion/Action – Verify with accessor that open book changes are included in the assessment roll 10. Allow the public to examine assessment roll 11 Consideration of: a. Waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause b. Requests for waiver of the BOR hearing allowing the property owner to appeal directly to the circuit court c. Requests to testify by telephone or submit a sworn written statement d. Act on any other legally allowed or required BOR matters 12. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection 13. Hear objections to the assessment roll 14.
