CONVENE TO RECONVENE

The Board of Review was opened by the BOR Chairperson, John Thomson at 5:47
pm. Present: Interim Village Clerk Melody Harer and Assessor John Pounder
Confirmation of meeting notice was presented and confirmed.
Motion by J. Thomson, 2
nd by M. Harer to accept proposed open book sessions:
Monday, August 10, 2026
9 am – 5 pm
Tuesday, August 11, 2026
12 pm – 6:30 pm
Wednesday, August 12, 2026
9 am – 5 pm
Thursday, August 13, 2026
9 am – 5 pm
Friday, August 14, 2026
9 am – 3 pm
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by J. Thomson, 2nd by M. Harer to adjourn the Board of Review to
September 24, 2026. Motion carried unanimously.
