VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY , JULY 8, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by John Thomson 1. ROLL CALL – Present – J. Thomson, N. Conaway, C. Hagmann, D. Harnack, R. Nath, D. Wells Absent – S. Haberman 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion by R. Nath to approve the agenda. 2 nd by C. Hagmann. Motion carried 6-0 3. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Review quote for wetland delineation Motion by N. Conaway to approve the quote by Hey and Associates, Inc. to perform a wetland delineation for the Nature’s Edge subdivision not to exceed $5,000. 2 nd by R. Nath. Motion carried 6-0 4. MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION: The Footville Board of Trustees will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85(1)(c) to interview and consider employment of applicants for the position of DPW Supervisor. Motion by C. Hagmann to enter into closed session. 2 nd by D. Wells. Roll Call Vote – N. Conaway – Yes, C. Hagmann – Yes, D. Harnack – Yes, R. Nath – Yes, D. Wells – Yes, J. Thomson – Yes; Motion carried 6-0 Board entered closed session at 5:02 PM 5. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION Motion by N. Conaway to reconvene into open session. 2 nd by D. Harnack. Motion carried 6-0. Board entered open session at 5:45 PM 6. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Take action on any matters discussed in closed session. Board was reminded of the second interviews for Clerk/Treasurer and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer on Monday, July 13 th at 6 p.m. by J. Thomson. The DPW Supervisor position will be added to the agenda for that meeting. 7. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn by C. Hagmann. 2 nd by D. Harnack.
