VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MONDAY, JULY 6, 2026 MEETING MINUTES Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm by John Thomson. 1. ROLL CALL: Nichole Conaway, Steve Haberman, Chuck Hagmann, Danielle Harnack, John Thomson and David Wells are present. Roland Nath was absent. 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: Motion by Nichole Conaway to approve the agenda, 2nd by Chuck Hagmann. Motion carried 6-0 3. MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION: THE FOOTVILLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WILL MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO WISCONSIN STATE STATUTE §19.85(1)(C) TO CONSIDER THE EMPLOYMENT, PROMOTION, COMPENSATION, OR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DATA OF ANY EMPLOYEE OVER WHICH THE BOARD HAS JURISDICTION OR EXERCISES RESPONSIBILITY . Motion to go into closed session by Nichole Conaway, 2nd by Daniellle Harnack at 5:01 p.m. Roll call vote taken: Nichole Conaway - Yes; Steve Haberman - Yes; Chuck Hagmann - Yes; Danielle Harnack - Yes; David Wells - Yes; John Thomson - Yes Motion carried 6-0 4. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: Motion by Steve Haberman, 2nd by Chuck Hagmann to reconvene into open session at 7:50 p.m. Roll call vote: Steve Haberman – Yes; Danielle Harnack, Yes; David Wells – Yes; Steve Haberman – Yes; Nichole Conaway – Yes; John Thomson – Yes.
