VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026 MEETING MINUTES A Meeting for the Health and Human Resources Committee for the Village of Footville was called to order at 6:0 pm, by Chairperson Nichole Conaway. Present: John Thomson, Chuck Hagmann, and Steve Haberman REVIEW OF CLERK/TREASURER AND DEPUTY CLERK/TREASURER POSTINGS: The committee requested that the Clerk/Treasurer position be posted immediately and will move forward in scheduling interviews with those that have applied for the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer position. When scheduling interviews, candidates will be asked of their preference of interviewing for one or either of the posted positions. REVIEW OF DRAFT EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK: The committee will request that all board members review the Draft Employee Handbook and submit their input via email to Chairperson, Nichole Conaway prior to the July 2nd board meeting ADJOURNMENT: 7:09 pm – Motion by Chuck Hagmann, Second by John Thomson; meeting adjourned.
