equipment at auction to get the best price. He asked who set the price for this truck. It was listed on
Marketplace for $25,000. D. Wells stated the Village can’t legally sell the truck because it has been
deleted. There are only 23,000 miles on it. What will we replace it with? A replacement with a plow will cost
the village around $100,000. It should be fixed as we will not buy anything in this condition with a plow for
$25,000 - $28,000. S. Haberman requested that if the board decides to sell the truck in as is condition that
a roll call vote be taken and it be documented that he is against the illegal sale of the vehicle. It was asked
if we can have it fixed for less locally instead of at a dealership. J. Thomson asked for attorney Brovold’s
